Due to the nature of an online membership forum that contains text documents, job listings, opportunities, information, resources that can be easily downloaded & copied membership fees are non-refundable. However you may cancel your membership at any time. Memebership canceled before the 1-yr expiration /monthly subscriptions/or 6-month subscriptions will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee ]. Submitting an order for membership means that you are aware of the $10.00 non refundable cancellation fee if canceld before 1-year member subscription & prior to 3-day automatic renewal.Once a member receives his/her login & passcode and logins to member area, all sales are final. Membership will automatically be renewed after the 1-year membership period or may be canceled by the member 3-days prior to automatic renewal to avoid renewal charges & cancellation fee, or you will be automatically charged and held accountable for renewal fee and all sales are final. email: support@legithomejobs.org to cancel automatic renewal 3-days prior to your renewal date. Your account renewal date occurs on the same date your current account expires, the renewal fee will never be increased from the original fee you paid.

Complaints of spam made to JLAH about a specific user will result in the cancellation of said ad. Funds paid are non refundable. JLAH is not responsible for lack of attendance, traffic or sales regarding any ad. User may advertise said ad on boards, newsgroups and lists that allow such announcements, User further agrees that it is user's sole responsibility to know and adhere to user's company policies in regard to the use of the Internet for promotion, sales and advertising procedures and not that of JLAH.

JLAH maintains the right to make improvements or changes to the information, services, products and other materials on this site or to terminate this site at any time without notice.
